DELIVERY INFORMATION

You must place your order with us before 2pm for next working day delivery.

Our courier provides a non-guaranteed next day service as standard for all UK mainland deliveries (excluding Scottish Highlands). It is a next Working Day service and as such, does not include weekends or bank holidays.

For deliveries outside of the UK mainland & Scottish Highlands, the delivery time is approximately 3 days. If you require next day delivery in these areas, this can be arranged, just call us on 01282 677300 and ask for dispatch prior to ordering.

Once your item has been processed by the courier they will contact you by text or email with an approximate delivery date and time. You can reschedule this if it is inconvenient. Occasionally we need to have an item sent direct from the manufacturer. This may affect the delivery times, if this is the case, you will be notified.
